In Tae Kwon Do sparring competitons what are the regualtions with padded gloves and boots?
Hi, I need some Competition gloves and boots for itf Tae Kwon Do, but need to know the specifications. I have been told the gloves need to have closed thumbs, is this right. If so could you recommend any where to buy from? thanks x
