Is BOB (Body opponent bag) worth it?
I got a deal for BOB (Body opponent bag) for 50$ good condition should i buy it? I mean what are the benefits of it, whats the difference of a regular punching bag and BOB?
It is great because it is more real than a regular punching bag. When you punch a regular punching bag that you hang on the ceiling, it bottom will swing away from you, that is not how a human body behave when punched. BOB on the other hand, the top will go back when you hit it, because of it water base bottom heavy, it will behave more like a human when hitted. Buy it but make sure the water base is not leaked.
